Thank you very much to those residents who attended our annual November SGM and the social event that followed. By our estimate we had about 80 attendees, which in our experience shows that things are going reasonably well in the estate.  We are in the process of amending our articles of association to prevent those residents who do not regularly attend our meetings from having a say or a vote :).   Because we will no doubt be hearing from the "silent majority" the moment there is a change for the worse.
