There are a couple of goals that are currently been worked on within the IT portfolio. These include: Small Business IT Infrastructure This involves the maintaining and upgrading of the basic IT infrastructure. This is similar to the IT needs of a small business and include hardware, email, calendar, contacts, backups, virus protection, etc... Data integrity and security Beaulieu makes use of 11 different systems integration. Currently each system has its own data. In order to ensure data is current, correct and secure, we have started the process of building a master database. The master database will drive the integrity of the other systems. Communication systems We use bulk emailing, SMS and a Website as the main forms of communication to the community. These need to be upgraded and maintained.
